"I dropped my David Glen bagpipe off with Ross for refurbishment and have just received them back absolutely stunning . Ross managed to replace a couple of split ferrules with originals, resurfaced and polished all the ferrules. Stripped the varnish off the wood work and has left a stunning polished finish. Ross advised that although David Glen bagpipes were originally varnished, it cracks after time and gave me the choice of having them revarnished or polished. So I decided to go for a polished finish . I could not be happier. A magnificent job. Excellent communications. Very reasonably priced and all done in a short period of time."
